We ship worldwide, but FREE shipping is provided to Canada & the USA only for all orders of $100 and plus.
We deliver your orders either by standard shipping (usually 7 to 30 days) or expedite (usually 3 to 7 days).

In order to send products back you need to contact us. Depending on a product we will advise you where and how to ship the product back.

The products are fine, but I’ve changed my mind
Products with no quality-related issues cannot be returned. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects for 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by our customer service within the warranty period, we can offer you exchange.
We do accept returns if the shipped product is returned in its original condition, with original tags and packaging. We do not accept any belt returns if you ordered a wrong size, so please contact us before you place order to make sure you make the right selection . Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If duty and taxes were prepaid, those will need to be collected by your local customs broker. We will refund only the price of the product within 30 days once received by our shipping department.
